Nelson earns ABR designation
Steven W. Nelson, a broker with Keller Williams Realty-North Raleigh, has been granted the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer Agent Council (REBAC). Nelson joins more than 30,000 real estate professional in North America who have earned the ABR designation.

ABR is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. ABR designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR® Code of Ethics, have access to the latest technology, and are specialists in helping their buyer clients have full and aggressive representation when buying a home.


Santrock earns CRS designation
Tracy Santrock of Fonville Morisey has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Those who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned the credential.


Morin earns SRES designation
Jill Morin of Allen Tate REALTORS® has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation by the SRES Council of the National Association of REALTORS® and joins more than 16,000 real estate professionals who have already earned the designation.

The SRES program trains associates to focus on the needs of home buyers and sellers ages 50 and over. These REALTORS® learn how to lead senior clients through real estate transactions and draw on the expertise of a network of senior specialists, such as certified public accountants, estate planners, lawyers and staging experts, as well as community resources and services.
