Pair sponsors open houses with a twist
Cassondra Liles of New Castle Realty and Tessa Stanton and her partners
at The Changing Room have been sponsoring different types of Open Houses,
called Show-n-Sell Expos, throughout the Raleigh area, including a Christmas-themed
event.
At these expos, vendors showcase their products and services in the new
homes they show. Items on display in the homes range from custom draperies
and embroidering to high-end perfumes and custom jewelry and from kitchen
and cooking products to high-end audio-visual equipment. "We found that the people were excited to see the homes, but also love
the idea that there was more to offer at our events," says
Stanton . There is no charge to attend the expos.
