Bring the world to your local market

SneakPreview

Bring the world to your local market
Now’s the time to tap into the lucrative, immigrant niche market in your area and take advantage of the growth of foreign investment in U.S. real estate. Do this by taking a step toward earning your Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.

Sign up today for the Triangle International Council of REALTORS® one-day course called “Europe and International Real Estate” on Jan. 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 111 Realtors Way in Cary.

Lead by David Segrest, the course will provide information on working with clients in Western and Central Europe, including how the European Union impacts international real estate, economic and real estate trends, networking and relationship building, and marketing and selling practices.

A recent National Association of REALTORS® study revealed that agents who earn the CIPS designation can increase their business by at least 20 percent. Learn more about CIPS

Register before Dec. 15 for the Europe and International Real Estate course and the cost is $199. After that date, the cost is $225. Registration deadline is Jan. 14. Register online at www.rrar.com/rrar-events.html. For more information, call Caroline Shipman at (919) 654-5400.
