Then from 1:30-5:30 p.m., Gallagher will teach a new elective course titled “Real Estate Investment Fundamentals” which covers investment terminology, investment alternatives, residential real estate as an investment, types of real estate investments and calculating yield and rate return.

Fees are $55 per class if you’re a REALTOR® board or association member; $65 per class if not. Register online at www.rrar.com or contact Cara Mottershead at (919) 654-5404 or caram@rrar.com.
