e-PRO is the official technology certification program of the National Association of REALTORS®. The course is designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home. Participants are instructed in the professional use of e-mail, the development of an interactive Web site, and the use of online research and marketing tools.

West awarded ABR designation
Sallie West of Fonville Morisey Realty was recently awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®. She joins more than 38,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation.

The ABR designation is geared towards agents who wish to enhance their buyer representation skills, and provides proof to prospective buyer-clients of their proficiency at servicing the special needs of buyers. Requirements include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
