Categories of Membership

Classes of Membership

REALTOR®:  Individuals who, as principals, partners, corporate officers, trustees, or branch office managers, are engaged actively in the real estate profession, including buying, selling, exchanging, renting or leasing, managing, appraising for others for compensation, counseling, or financing, building, developing or subdividing real estate, and who maintain or are associated with an established real estate office within the state of North Carolina.  Annual dues of $416.00 and a $300.00 orientation fee are due at the time of registration. Dues are prorated monthly.

Affiliate Members:  Affiliate Members shall be real estate owners and other individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession as defined in the previous paragraphs, have interests requiring information concerning real estate, and are in sympathy with the objects of the Association.  Annual dues of $301.00 and a $300.00 application fee are due at the time of registration.

Raleigh Associate Program: New for 2010, the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® is proud to introduce RAP, the Raleigh Associate Program. If you are in an allied field such as a title or mortgage company, or any company that provides products or services to the real estate industry, we welcome you to join RAP. By becoming a member of RAP, you are joining a professional association with more than 6000 members and access to Association events, classes and publications. *The Raleigh Associate Program replaces the former Associate Membership classification and increases member benefits and rewards.
