Fletcher
earns CRS designation
Jon
Fletcher, a REALTOR® with Fonville Morisey Realty in Durham , has earned the
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential
Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association
of REALTORS®. Those who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced
courses and have access to the latest technology. They are specialists in helping
clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
Fewer than 38,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential.

addresses credit association
Susan Schild, a broker
in the Allen Tate REALTORS® Garner office, was the featured speaker for the
Association of Credit Managers – Triangle Chapter, where she presented the
program “Beyond the Hype: Trends in our Regional and Local Real Estate Markets.” Chrissy
Newbauer, an Allen Tate Mortgage consultant, also presented an update on the
current mortgage market. The meeting also included discussion on how media
coverage contributes to market jitters, opportunities in the market, and implications
for businesses.
Creech, Beacham-Karch,
Brunette join REMAX UNITED
Sales associates Renee
Creech, Pam Beacham-Karch and Gail Brunette have joined RE/MAX UNITED-North
Ridge. Creech is a Raleigh native with two years of real estate experience
and former careers in accounting, finance and restaurant management. Previously
with IBM, Beacham-Karch has been in real estate for three years. Her primary
niche is selling luxury condos. Brunette, who has lived in North Carolina since
1983, has 23 years of real estate experience and holds the e-PRO® designation.
Tedesco earns e-PRO
designation

of Legacy Real Estate Properties in Raleigh has successfully completed the
REALTOR® e-PRO course. She is one of a select few real estate professionals
to earn the prestigious certification through the National Association of REALTORS®. The
certification designates real estate agents and brokers as Internet professionals. More
than 70 percent of consumers begin their real estate research on the Internet
and e-PRO certified agents have the experience and expertise to meet the demands
of those buyers and sellers.

Wendell
Falls, a first of its kind development in eastern Wake County, announces the
selection of ForeverHome as the first builder in the 1,400 acre community.
Construction on the White Oak neighborhood in this master-planned community
is scheduled to begin this fall, with first occupancy anticipated in early
2009.

Nelson of Fonville Morisey & Barefoot are the new sales associate team
for the Grand Boulevard Custom Homes at Kitts Creek in Morrisville. Four
of these homes were showcased at the 2008 Fall Parade of Homes in October.
Kitts Creek was voted 2008 Community of the Year and won 13 major industry
awards by local home builders associations.

in the Chapel Hill office. Ellington, a resident of Chapel Hill, previously
worked as a bartender and waiter for the Governor's Club in Chapel Hill and
played baseball for two years with the Florida Marlins.

The grand opening
