Ad agency launches real estate sales division
After years as the Triangle’s leading advertising agency for home builders and developers, The King Partnership recently announced it has expanded its range of services to provide real estate clients with a real estate sales program.

“Adding a real estate sales component to our list of services makes sense from both an agency and client perspective,” says George E. King Jr., CEO and owner of The King Partnership and Broker-in-Charge of The King Partnership Property Sales. “We believe that the in-depth level of understanding we have for our clients’ products makes us a great choice to provide a real estate sales product for clients who desire that additional level of service. In fact, most area real estate brokerages already provide some marketing, so for us to offer a sales product is really no different.”

Heading up The King Partnership Property Sales as its director is Jim Swingle. He will be in charge of leading the sales efforts for clients of the agency who request this additional level of service.

Cassondra Liles of New Castle Realty, in conjunction with Tessa Stanton of The Changing Room, recently put a twist on marketing; they called it Expo/Show-n-Sell. They marketed a home in Garner for sale and also marketed everything in the home for sale.

“Thinking outside of the box is needed as the market has slowed down a bit,” says Liles.

Cimarron makes green living affordable
While “green” may mean different things to different people, there’s one interpretation everyone can agree upon: when it comes to a Cimarron home, green means affordable.

As a standard, Cimarron builds Certified Green Homes, one of a select few North Carolina builders who can make this claim. The Durham-based homebuilder’s Certified Green homes range in price from the $150s to the $350s.

Cimarron was an early member of the Green Building Initiative (GBI), a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to accelerate the adoption of building practices that result in energy-efficient, healthier and environmentally sustainable buildings.
