Below is a list of current courses offered for 4-hour elective credit:

• Electronic Transaction in Real Estate
• Reverse Mortgages for Senior Homeowners
• The Truth About Mold
• Understanding 1031 Tax-Free Exchanges, Version 2.0
• You will have thirty (30) days to complete the course for which you have registered.
• You MUST fill out the affidavit in order to receive credit for your courses. Your information will not be submitted to the NC Real Estate Commission until we have received the completed affidavit.

Each course is $55 and are NC Real Estate Commission approved for Continuing Education elective credit.
