TOP PRODUCERS COUNCIL Top Producers Council

Vision Statement: “Networking to provide the community and our fellow REALTORS® new opportunities.”

Why:  The Council was established in 1999 in order to give the Top Producers in the Triangle an opportunity to network with each other.

The luncheons provide a relaxed atmosphere wherein members may socialize, share “war stories” and ideas.  Additionally, there is usually a guest speaker invited by one of the members.  The subjects are eclectic to say the least.  Past speakers have held forth on such varied topics as “Home Inspections and Inspectors”, “Financial Management” and National Speakers.

Who:  Criteria is based upon annual production of $10,000,000 in gross sales, OR, 50 transactions.  Income from property management fees may be used at $25,000 income equals 1 million in production. The Lunch/Meetings are for the Top Producer Members only – not to be substituted by a team member.

Renewal:  $10,000,000 per year – you may average the last two years to reach $10,000,000 to qualify.

How Much:  Annual dues are $250.00.

Where:  Six luncheon meetings (every other month) are held in the Boardroom of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® building, 111 Realtors Way, Cary, NC 27513.  Luncheons begin at 12 noon and usually run from an hour to an hour and a half.

How:  Contact one of the chairpersons, or Betsy Ramsey at the RRAR office, 919-654-5411.  FAX: 919-654-5401
