TMLS Web Vendors
Web Vendors Providing IDX
Services
If you have an
interest in having IDX on your website, please contact one of the below
vendors for a direct feed or a vendor of your choice for a link to"TMLS
Smart Framing Solution". All
IDX paperwork is done online. If you
are the principal Broker-in-charge and would like to use one of the below
vendors you will need to go online and fill out the paperwork. Go into
Tempo...My Sidebar....Head Broker. You will fill out the Data Display Agreement,
continue on by selection "Next". You will get to the Preferences Section:
this is where you will choose your IDX vendor. All approved vendors
are included in the list of choices. Copies of all forms that you fill
out online will be automatically emailed to you and TMLS. You can forward
a copy of your
"Preferences" email to your vendor, this will serve as proof for your vendor
that you have signed all paperwork with TMLS. If you need detailed information
on how to fill out the paperwork click
here.
The only way
that an Agent can have IDX on his/her website is if the following rules are
applied:
The agent's firm must be
contributing its listings to the program.
The agent's firm must
have a IDX web site of its own.
The agent's web site must
frame or "gateway" into the firm's web site. That is, the IDX data can only be
hosted on the firm's web site.
The agent may "co-brand"
the web site so that she/he shares branding with his/her broker.
The agent must have the
firms permission to frame its web site.
The agent's web site must
retain the firm's branding at all times. This will frequently mean the firm's
banner appears at the top of every page.
The agent must
have the signature of his Broker-In-Chargebefore he/she
can frame their companies IDX Database. This is done,
by signing up online: Go
into Tempo: Click on My Sidebar , click on TMLS IDX
Setup . Your
Broker will receive an email as will TMLS that you have completed the form.
Web Vendors are no
longer required to have a signed Data Display Agreement for each Broker-In-Charge that they
provide the service for, as well as a signed Agent IDX Agreement Form
for each Agent. Have the client to email
or fax to you a copy of the "preferences email" that they received when they
filled out the information online before installing IDX on the site.
TMLS does not
recommend any web vendor over another. The below list is a list of vendors that
currently receive the TMLS IDX Data.
